Restoration and maintenance

An old wooden boat must be maintained and it is my plan to these pages as a kind of log of what is being renovated and how it is being done. I do it partly because I think it's fun to be able to go back and see what I've done, but also in the hope that it can be fun and useful for other wooden boat owners and people who like wooden boats.

At the time of writing, there are many tasks waiting. Especially the superstructure needs a major renovation, the roof of the wheelhouse needs to be replaced, a part of the deck on both sides as well as the top plank in the transom. The old Volvo engine should also needs some TLC - among other things new timing wheels.
